Can I return a product for a refund or an exchange? 
Yes we allow both refunds and exchanges as we would prefer customers to have the correct product for them. Simply return the unused product within 14 days to 134 Anzac Road Mount Hawthorn 6016 and download and fill out the returns form here to send with it.

(Please note due to limited stock, exchanges cannot always be fulfilled. In this case a refund will be issued).

How can I keep track of when new stock will be available?
As the releases are fairly irregular, the best way to keep track of new products and releases is to follow our instagram and turn on post notifications.

Is Neptune's Nephew stocked by any brick and mortar stores or sold on other websites?
No, at the minute the only place to purchase genuine Neptune's Nephew products is from our website.
